We’re a Fort Worth crew, not a call center. The people who answer your call and arrive at your door live here, deal with the same July heat you do, and know which neighborhoods have older ductwork and which ones are all new construction. Every tech who wears the Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth shirt has been background-checked, trained on the major brands we service, and held to one rule above all: you get a written price before any work starts, on every job, without exception.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on Fort Worth AC systems for 14 years, the last six with us. He’s NATE-certified and the guy we send when another company has already tried twice and the system still won’t cool. He specializes in Carrier and Trane diagnostic work, and he keeps a notebook in his truck full of wiring diagrams he’s drawn by hand over the years. On weekends you’ll find him at Eagle Mountain Lake, usually not catching anything but perfectly happy about it.
Denise R. – Senior Installer
Denise runs our installation crews and has put in more than 400 systems across Tarrant County since she joined Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth in 2017. She’s EPA 608 certified and particular about airflow, duct sealing, and leaving a job site cleaner than she found it. If you’re getting a new Goodman or Lennox unit put in, there’s a good chance Denise is the one walking you through the work before the crew starts. She grew up in the Meadowbrook area and still gets breakfast tacos from the same place she did in high school.
Luis G. – Service Coordinator
Luis is probably the first voice you’ll hear when you call (817) 632-5499. He’s been with us since 2019 and handles scheduling, parts ordering, and making sure you get a live arrival time you can track to your door, not a four-hour window. Luis knows our techs’ routes better than anyone and can tell you honestly whether someone can reach your part of Fort Worth by noon or if it’ll be mid-afternoon. When he’s not coordinating, he’s coaching his daughter’s soccer team over at Benbrook.
Jaylen W. – Apprentice Technician
Jaylen joined us two years ago through a local trade program and is working toward his NATE certification under Marcus’s supervision. He’s already the go-to for condensate line cleanouts and filter box rebuilds, and he handles most of our maintenance visits, delivering a written report of what he actually found, not what he’s trying to sell. Jaylen grew up in Stop Six and takes real pride in keeping his neighbors’ systems running through August. He’ll tell you the best part of the job is when a customer says the house finally feels cool again.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works under the same rules. Andre Fuller founded Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth in 2004, and the standard has not changed since: a written price before work begins, a written guarantee on every repair, and a free second visit if a repair fails. That’s not a premium tier or a membership perk. It’s the Relay Standard, and it’s how we operate across the Relay Home Co. network of independently owned, locally operated HVAC businesses. The Relay Visibility Guarantee means you see exactly who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what the job will cost before anything happens. When Marcus, Denise, Luis, or Jaylen shows up at your door in Fort Worth, they’re not guessing at a price, and neither are you. Every job is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: a full year of accountability on completed work. Call (817) 632-5499 and you’ll talk to a real person, not a phone tree.
