Anyone can claim they do clean work. Seeing it is different. We’ve spent over two decades swapping out failing ACs and furnaces across Fort Worth, and the visual difference between a rushed job and ours is obvious in under ten seconds. These are real project types we handle every week, from Wedgwood to the Cultural District. Judge the brackets, the line sets, the transitions. Then call us.

Cracked Heat Exchanger Swap in a Tanglewood Furnace Closet
The old Carrier 58 series had a heat exchanger crack you could slide a dime through, and the flue pipe ran at a lazy angle that let condensation pool in the wrong spots. We pulled the old cabinet, corrected the venting slope to code, and set a new high-efficiency furnace on a level, code-height platform with a full secondary drain pan. The after shot shows clean wiring, a tight gas flex, and a condensate line with a visible slope so you can see it drains. Homeowner told us the old burner sounded like a jet engine lighting off. The new one, you have to lean in to hear it.
R-22 Coil Failure to Full AC Swap Near TCU
The before photo shows an old indoor coil so caked with pet hair and attic dust that maybe 40 percent of the fins were still doing any work. Compressor was pulling high amps and the system still ran R-22, which costs more every year and is being phased out. We replaced the outdoor unit and indoor coil as a matched pair, converted the line set, and added an easy-access filter cabinet so the filter can actually be changed without a ladder and a flashlight. The after shot: a clean coil with even fin spacing and a filter cabinet with the install date written on it in marker, which we do on every job.
Mismatched Condenser Breaker Trips in a Summer Meltdown
This one looked borderline dangerous. A previous technician had used an undersized run capacitor and the condenser wiring was a bird’s nest of taped splices. The unit would run fine until the attic hit 140 degrees, then trip the breaker every afternoon. We traced the circuit, replaced the capacitor with the correct MFD rating the manufacturer specifies, and redid the wiring with proper connectors and a clean whip. The after shot shows the electrical panel opened up so you can see every wire labeled and torqued. No tape anywhere. No mystery.
Standing Water and Rust Under a 1998 York Air Handler
The emergency call came in because water was staining the ceiling below the attic unit. The primary drain had been pitched uphill for years, so the pan rusted through and overflowed. We replaced the drain pan, corrected the pitch with the pan sitting dead level, and installed a safety float switch wired to shut the system off before it ever overflows again. The after shot shows a dry pan, a visible drain slope, and the float switch clearly labeled. That’s the kind of fix that costs a few hundred dollars and saves a multi-thousand-dollar ceiling. We’d rather sell you the switch than the sheetrock repair.
Noisy Furnace Blower Wheel Cleaning in an East Fort Worth Rental
A tenant had been living with a rumble in the walls every time the heat kicked on, and the property manager thought the motor was shot. We pulled the blower assembly and found the wheel so packed with compacted dust that it was out of balance. Cleaned it, balanced it, checked the motor bearings, and put it back with a new filter. The after shot is just a clean wheel on a clean work surface, but the difference in the decibels is the real story. Took about an hour and a half. The motor is still running fine today.
