Free Second Visit if Your Repair Fails

Every repair we complete in Fort Worth includes a free return visit if the fix doesn’t hold, covered automatically under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. You won’t argue with anyone, and you won’t pay a service fee for us to come back and make it right. The guarantee is written, not verbal.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

Written Price Before Any Work Starts, Every Job

This isn’t a discount, it’s a standing offer: you get a written price delivered before our tech touches a single component, with no surprises at the door. Applies to AC repair, AC installation, and furnace repair in Fort Worth, with no exceptions for weekends or after-hours calls. If the number changes, we stop and call you first.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

Seasonal Tune-Up Courtesy Pricing

A seasonal tune-up is the most cost-effective way to catch a failing capacitor or a low refrigerant charge before a July afternoon turns your living room into 92 degrees. We offer courtesy pricing on spring AC tune-ups and fall furnace checks throughout Fort Worth. You’ll get a written report of what we found, and our techs are not paid on what they sell.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

First-Time Customer Priority Booking

If you’ve never called Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth before, your first visit comes with priority scheduling and the same live arrival time tracking our regular customers get. Background-checked, uniformed techs show up when we say they will, not within a four-hour window. You’ll know who’s coming and when they’ll be at your door.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

Senior and Military Courtesy Discount

We set aside courtesy pricing for Fort Worth seniors and active or retired military members on any AC repair or furnace repair. The discount applies on top of our standard written guarantee and free second visit policy. Mention it when you call and we’ll confirm the current courtesy rate.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

Free Estimates on AC Installation

A new AC installation in Fort Worth deserves a measured, load-calculated quote, not a rough guess over the phone. We provide free estimates on full system replacements, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard equipment. You’ll get a written fixed price and a set install date.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (817) 632-5499.

How to Redeem

Redeeming a special from Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth takes about two minutes. First, call (817) 632-5499 and mention the offer by name. A live person answers 24/7, no voicemail tree. Second, we’ll book your visit and send a live arrival time you can track to your door. Third, present the offer to your tech when they arrive. The price you were quoted is the price you’ll see on the written estimate before work begins.

Why These Offers Matter in Fort Worth

Fort Worth summers are not a suggestion. Attic temperatures regularly climb past 130 degrees, and your AC is the only thing standing between your family and a genuinely uncomfortable, sometimes dangerous, indoor environment. When a capacitor fails or a condenser coil leaks in August, waiting is not a strategy. Most AC repairs in Fort Worth run between $150 and $500 depending on the part, which is a lot less than a full replacement, but still enough that a written price and a guaranteed fix matter.

Andre Fuller, owner of Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth, puts it plainly: “I’d rather tell you the price before I touch the unit and stand behind the repair for a full year than gamble on a cheap fix that fails in six weeks.” That philosophy is what the 365-Day Done Right Promise is built on. You get a written guarantee on every repair, not as an add-on, but as the baseline.

What Makes Halden Different From a Standard HVAC Call

Halden Heating and Air Fort Worth operates under the Relay Home Co. network and The Relay Visibility Guarantee, which means two things for your wallet. First, you get a written price before any work starts, every single time, with no exceptions. Second, every repair carries a written guarantee, and if that repair fails, we return free of charge under the same guarantee. You won’t hear “that part isn’t covered” or “this is a different issue” unless it genuinely is a different issue, and we’ll show you why before charging another dollar.

Calls are answered by a live person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You won’t navigate a phone tree at 2 a.m. when your furnace quits in February, because Fort Worth winters do occasionally remind us they exist. You’ll speak to someone who can actually help, not a call center reading a script.
